Beer, family fun, great bands and amazing food!
The organisers of the Haddenham Beer Festival have pulled out all the stops and this year’s festival weekend is promising to be the best yet. The event will be running from the evening of Friday 30th June until Sunday 2nd July and will be held on the recreation ground in Haddenham
There will be 40 beers to select from over the weekend and around 15 ciders to choose from, as well as Pimms, Prosecco and soft drinks. Live music all weekend, some great food and plenty of stalls to keep the kids entertained.
Over the last two years the festival has helped to raise around twelve thousand pounds for local community charities and good causes.
Among the highlights of this year’s festival are Iron Fist and Elvis playing on Friday evening, with a BBQ and fish’n’chips available.
Saturday is set out to be a family day at the festival so bring your tribe and enjoy the festival vibe. There will be lots for the kids to do including bouncy castles, craft activities, pea-shooting, face painting and henna, There will be lots of food choices for everyone to enjoy from BBQ and a Caribbean stall, and fish’n’chips and a hog roast in the evening. There will be music all day, starting with a brass band and ending the night with the IndiesTones.
Sunday is the day to kick back and relax and what better way to finish off the weekend than on the rec with a pint or two whilst listening to one of the bands or enjoying a lazy Sunday lunch on the village rec ending with music from Jacen Bruce and friends.
Entry on the door is £3 per or £10 for a day ticket which includes a festival glass and 3 beer tokens (kids go free).
Advance Weekend Passes are available at £10 per, which includes access all weekend, a festival glass and 3 beer tokens.
