Today I am pleased to announce that following talks with Piers from Scampers, they have decided to become one of our loyal supporters for the foreseeable future.
This year is Scampers 30th Anniversary and all from a business that started in a tiny shop in Soham, thrived through recessions and changed its core business to ethical products only and yet managed to remain locally focused and maintained its high standards of quality in a demanding and growing market place.
So during their 31st year of trading, Spotted in Ely will follow them doing their community activities with organisations such as the Liam Fairhurst Foundation. They will also be on hand to give guidance and advice on looking after your pets as well as wildlife in your garden.
As a customer of Scampers, what we at Spotted in Ely like most is that we can buy a product from them knowing its safe, tested by animals and not on them but more importantly if I have a question they know how to best answer it and assure what is best for our pets.
Scampers likes what we do when we assist local community groups in promoting. The team are dedicated local people who like nothing more than assisting where possible and they love the fact that any profit made in our venture is going to be returned to the local community.
This for us is a perfect partnership and we hope that with Scampers (and maybe a few more long term loyal business supporters) we can grow our area in cyber space and through our printed publication “This is Ely”.
