DESCRIPTION:Wellness day or weekend retreat you choose.\nDo you need a break, time away?\nWhen you arrive at Enchanted hill, feel your cares and worries fall away, and notice how the world slows down, as you leave behind life’s stresses. An off grid, self-sufficient farm surrounded by nature, fields, trees and animals, you will arrive at this relaxing place and breathe a sigh of relief. This is your time, your retreat, just for the day or full weekend.\nDuring this retreat, you will be guided in an array of educational and sensory experiences which will deeply connect your mind and body, to allow you to completely unwind, ground and connect you spiritually to the earth.\nThe wellness day is £50 and consists of:\n9.30am Arrival\n10-12pm introduction to Mindfulness\n12-1pm lunch Break and informal chatting\n1-2pm intuitive Drawing\n2-3pm Sound bath singing bowls\nClose at 3pm but Reiki treatments are available as an optional extra – £20 for 20mins.\nRefreshments will be provided but please bring with you a packed lunch.\nWorkshops will be hosted in one of our bell tents and mostly seated on the floor so please feel free to bring cushions and/or blankets to ensure you are comfy. If you have any access issues please let us know in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.\nThe weekend option is £120 and includes all of the above plus:\nAn evening communal campfire and outdoor BBQ meal.\nSpace for overnight camping – please bring your own tent.\nComplimentary reiki treatment\nSunday morning:\n9.30am Breakfast fruits\n10-11.30am Chakra workshop and balancing meditation\n11.30am – 1.30pm Free time to enjoy the farm, individual reiki treatments and chat over lunch\n1.30-3pm Protection and cleansing workshop, includes making own smudge stick.\n3.30pm Ceremonial closing\n\nFor the weekend you’ll need a packed lunch x2, tent, toiletries and bedding. If you own/play an acoustic instrument please bring that along too for around the fire in the evening.\nFacilities consist of a fully functional bathroom in the pole barn, so you can bathe or shower after a healing day should you be here for the full weekend option. The water comes from the ground or rain water collection, running from solar power harnessing the gifts mother earth grants us. Your tent will have spectacular views of the stunning sunsets and moon rises.\nWorkshop Details:\nIntroduction to Mindfulness\nSetting the foundation for the weekend! What is mindfulness, why is it important to our health and how can you implement practices into everyday life. Plus your first guided meditation to relax into the weekend ahead.\nIntuitive Drawing\nThink you’re not creative? Think again!! Forget what you’ve learnt about art and creativity and indulge in an hour of intuitive mark making. A surprisingly healing activity that gives your thinking mind a rest.\nSound Bath Singing Bowls\nSit on cushions or lay down and let the sound and frequencies wash over you. Relax and allow yourself to heal.\nChakra Workshop\nAn informative session about the chakra system and how it can be used to enhance health and wellbeing. Includes a meditation to balance and align your own chakras.\nProtection and cleansing.\nLearn about spiritual protection practices, cleansing rituals and forage for herbs to make your own smudge stick to dry at home.\n
