Families will explore fun partner yoga poses, nurturing trust and love in every stretch and movement.\nThere will be mindful craft station where everyone can create Earth-friendly projects- think nature-inspired art or upcycled crafts- while learning fun tips for reducing waste and protecting our environment.We’ll also enjoy quiet time together, with guided relaxation activities that encourage peace, reflection, and gratitude for all that nature gives us.\nThroughout the day, you’ll bond as a family, with laughter, movement and moments of shared energy and stillness, all while honouring the Earth and her beauty. It’s a wonderful chance to connect with each other, build new memories, and nurture our love for the planet.
