2020 Business Goal Setting Workshop
Goal Setting is an important part of business planning. But how do you set a goal without knowing your direction and how you are going to get there? We are here to help!
About this event:
Join us to set some business and personal goals for 2020, think about your longer term vision and strategy as this is key to relate all your planning back to. Smaller short-term goals are key to realising your longer term strategic goals.
Successful planning is important in any business and during this workshop we will help you approach your year ready to go.
This event only has 10 participants to ensure plenty of attention to detail from the facilitator.
The aim of the workshop is to:
*Help participants understand their clear long-term vision and strategy for their business
*Set clear tangible goals for the future based on realistic timescales
*Outline KPI and Metrics to assess performance during the year
*Identify the things that assist in implementation and rapid impact
*Create clarity and focus on the business priorities participants need to follow
*Understand how to build regular goal setting and accountability into business life
*How to keep motivated during tough times and challenges and maintain the right mindset
What’s included in your ticket?
*Course materials, posters etc
*Pen and notebook to take notes
*Lunch, tea and coffee throughout the day, light snacks, mints, water etc
Other important details:
Lunch will be served as a cold buffet, which will include vegetartian options. Please notify us of any other dietary requirements (eg. gluten free, lactose intolerant etc) at least 3 days prior to the event and we will try to be as accommodating as possible. If you would prefer to bring your own lunch, you are more than welcome to do so and we will be happy to store it in the fridge during the morning session.
We do switch off mobiles during the workshop, they can be switched on during breaks. If you have an important call due or that you need to make please speak to the facilitator at the start of the day
Please let us know if you have any mobility issues or are in a wheelchair. We have a disabled lift to the first floor, disabled parking and a disabled toilet and will accommodate your needs as far as possible.
Do you offer discounts for multiple tickets?
Unfortunately, due to the small nature of the event, we are unable to offer discounts for multiple tickets.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is limited in front of the building, and on the street. If there are no spaces available upon arrival, you may need to park in a nearby local council run car park which includes a small charge. This is a 5-minute walk from the office. Please allow plenty of time to park your car. Alternatively, we are a short walk from Ely railway station which is accessible from most major lines and direct from King’s Cross or Liverpool St London.

What’s the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds, but we are happy for you to transfer your ticket if you are unable to attend. Please email email@example.com to update your details.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we will match your name to the list.
Can I update my registration information?

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
This is okay, so long as you have notified us prior to the event (at least 24 hours’ notice.) Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to change any details.
