Beginner Pole Fitness Class
BRAND NEW CLASS!
We have extended our classes on a Sunday so that we can offer an extra class for complete beginners!
Pole fitness is great fun and an excellent work out for everyone, regardless of body type or age.
Classes last an hour. Starting with a warm up, we will then move on to strength and conditioning exercises, before moving on to learning spins, positions and transitions on the pole and completing the class with a cool down and stretches.
Classes are £10 each. Advanced booking for the month is required, places are secured on payment (You only pay for the classes you can attend). Contact us to book in!
