Beginner Pole Fitness Group Class

An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until July 28, 2019
Whether you’re a complete beginner, or you have poled before but want to brush up on your basic moves, tricks and transitions, this group class will help you to get fit, strong and confident in a fun way.
Starting with a warm up, we will then move on to strength and conditioning exercises, before moving on to learning spins, positions and transitions on the pole and completing the class with a cool down and stretches.
Classes are £10 each. Advanced booking is required, places are secured on payment.
