Join Jo and learn some super fun tricks with Hula Hoops in this fabulous 60 minute session.
Hoops are provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Prerequisites: None – All welcome
What to wear: Comfortable form fitting clothing that wont get tangled in the hoop!
