May Beginner Pole Fitness Classes
Whether you’re a complete beginner, or you have poled before but want to brush up on your basic moves, tricks and transitions, this group class will help you to get fit, strong and confident in a fun way.
Starting with a warm up, we will then move on to strength and conditioning exercises, before moving on to learning spins, positions and transitions on the pole and completing the class with a cool down and stretches.
Classes are £10 each. Advanced booking is advised, places are secured on payment.
