Suitable for beginners, those with experience
Pilates is great for relieving the pain of certain injuries and conditions, aiding mobility, restoring function, improving strength, flexibility and balance for sport. It can also help to reduce stress and improve overall well-being of the mind and body.
Each session will have a 10 – 15 minute relaxation mindfulness practice. Learn how to body scan and create ‘Breathing Space’ to become self-sufficient in the practices so you are able to incorporate them in to your everyday life.
