We’re delighted to welcome Isle ‘Ave A Shanty back to Ely City Golf Club on Saturday 18th April for another fantastic night of music, food and plenty of sing-along moments.
This brilliant six-piece A Cappella harmony group from the Isle of Ely perform traditional sea shanties, folk favourites and even the odd modern classic with their own folk twist. Their live shows are all about fun, camaraderie and getting the crowd involved, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself singing along before the night’s over.
 Tickets – £25 per person

]]> Sessions take place in groups with each individual finding a comfortable position lying on the foam mats, or padded ones and can choose to cover themselves with a blanket. Each session begins with a short guided meditation before the sound bath begins.
Sessions are held in either the Glebe Hall or out in the garden, a wonderful opportunity to be out in nature on warmer summer evenings. Just turn up and if it is more inclement I will be set up in the hall. There will also be sensory lights and pleasant smells to help aid your relaxation, and lighting will be dimmed inside.
Sound Baths are an opportunity for you to relax and unwind in a comfortable and holistic space surrounded by the healing vibrations of a variety of instruments. In my practice I focus on using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal singing bowls, koshi chimes, sonic energy flow chimes, Ocean drums, rainsticks, kenari chimes, dragon frequency tubes and other relaxing sounds to help aid meditation and full body healing.

Exciting news!! Our very popular warm hub is now running until March 2027!!!
As we will continue running throughout the year, we will be changing the name from the Warm Hub to The Community Hub!
The community hub will run Thursdays 10am-12pm at Soham Town Rangers Social Club.
Everyone is welcome, so please do come along and help us spread the word!
We will still have tea, coffee and snacks available as well as different weekly activities such as seated exercise, bingo, quizzes, talks, demonstrations, games mornings and much much more.

One hour group sound healing meditation experience with magical meditative sounds lights and diffuser smells.
Sound healing uses instruments with specialised vibrations that create binaural beats which calm the nervous system and trigger the alpha brain wave state. In doing so this helps to achieve deeper and longer sleep and reduces cortisol levels enabling the body to self heal and calm over stimulation caused by stresses on the body.

Exciting news!! Our very popular warm hub is now running until March 2027!!!
As we will continue running throughout the year, we will be changing the name from the Warm Hub to The Community Hub!
The community hub will run Thursdays 10am-12pm at Soham Town Rangers Social Club.
Everyone is welcome, so please do come along and help us spread the word!
We will still have tea, coffee and snacks available as well as different weekly activities such as seated exercise, bingo, quizzes, talks, demonstrations, games mornings and much much more.

Exciting news!! Our very popular warm hub is now running until March 2027!!!
As we will continue running throughout the year, we will be changing the name from the Warm Hub to The Community Hub!
The community hub will run Thursdays 10am-12pm at Soham Town Rangers Social Club.
Everyone is welcome, so please do come along and help us spread the word!
We will still have tea, coffee and snacks available as well as different weekly activities such as seated exercise, bingo, quizzes, talks, demonstrations, games mornings and much much more.

If you are an Absolute Beginner looking to learn, why not sign up for our next Absolute Beginners Workshop on 22nd March. This workshop is specifically catered to people who have never picked up a crochet hook before and is suitable for any age group. If you have a little crochet experience behind you why not come and join us in making some ‘Granny Square Chickens’, customisable ‘Spring Bunting’ or maybe even a ‘Crocheted Basket’ for your home. If you are looking as far as the Autumn the ‘Hexagon Cardigan’ Workshop might be for you! Come along and learn the basics of how to make this popular pattern that can be easily customised to suit your own style and taste.
All Little Witt-Wotts Workshops are available for individual or small group bookings on dates and times to suit once the listed workshop date has passed.

🥳 WARM HUB IS CONTINUING UNTIL MARCH 2027!!🥳
Exciting news!! Our very popular warm hub is now running until March 2027!!!
As we will continue running throughout the year, we will be changing the name from the Warm Hub to The Community Hub!
The community hub will run Thursdays 10am-12pm at Soham Town Rangers Social Club.
Everyone is welcome, so please do come along and help us spread the word!
We will still have tea, coffee and snacks available as well as different weekly activities such as seated exercise, bingo, quizzes, talks, demonstrations, games mornings and much much more.

]]> Hi my name is Laura and I am a Music Therapist and Sound Healer and I have been practicing healing through the powerful energies of music for a number of years.
I have a Masters in music therapy, diplomas in Sound Healing, meditation teaching and am a professional musician. Through the use of the healing frequencies of singing bowls and percussion instruments I hold Sound Baths for individuals and groups. These sessions are warm and cosy sensory experiences. Whilst you lie in a meditative state feel the vibrations wash over you from the crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, dragon frequency chimes and water sounds created on percussive instruments.
Please join me for a session to enliven the senses and feel vibrational healing through every cell of your body.
