During the meditation you may see and experience colours moving and floating giving you a wonderful array of beautiful colours. These relate to your a chakras and could mean that these areas need working on or that they are flowing nicely..

If you are looking for answers during meditation then the colours will guide you for answers.
You may also experience seeing other things too each meditation is unique to each person .
