Cromwell Business Systems
Cromwell Business Systems are looking to recruit someone with great Customer Support skills and an interest in Software.
Working as part of our busy team, you will be responsible for providing software support to our customers at all times.
Although not essential, ideally you would have some experience in a customer service environment such as working on a Help Desk or other customer-focused services.
You will clearly need to be IT literate. We are also looking for:
- A good standard of education
- Good interpersonal skills
- A “can do” attitude with a commitment to resolving problems and finishing tasks
- The ability to organise your time effectively and to prioritise your workload
- Ability to think fast and decisively
- A team player
Salary dependent on experience. 23 days holiday allowance rising to 26 days after continuous service.
