Do you enjoy working with people and are passionate about Customer Service? If so, we are looking for someone to join our high performing Customer Services Team.
Primarily telephony based, you will provide a courteous and efficient service to all customers, resolving their enquiries, wherever possible, at the first point of contact. You will also respond to customer enquiries in-person at the reception desk and process financial payments for the services the authority provides or has responsibility for administering.
With previous experience in a non – scripted office based customer service environment you must be flexible and able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. A good understanding of customer service and ability to retain knowledge is essential, you will have strong listening, keyboard, communication and interpersonal skills and will demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude and a pro-active approach.
