Despite press stating that the Ely Leisure Park will open in April, many companies have stuck to their original date of March to open. Arbuckles included.
John Murphy, Owner of the popular restaurant took to Facebook this morning to reassure many people, especially those who have booked that Arbuckles is planning to open in March and currently have staff training at its Downham Market branch.
In the status Mr Murphy said, “Work on the new Arbuckles at Ely is progressing well and all of our building work is fully on schedule. Many of our new staff are currently in training and doing really well and everyone is excited to move over to Ely. Despite reports locally we still expect to open Arbuckles during the middle of March 2017, the Cinema and many other units will open slightly later. Until we have a firm opening date we will not be taking anymore reservations until 31st March. Incredibly over 3000 people have already booked in during our first few weeks of opening. We will of course keep all our customers informed of any changes and also when people can start to reserve tables for late March onwards”.
Spotted in Ely is currently trying to speak to all the businesses who have taken a unit on site to get confirmation of all opening dates and times.
