Bollywood Dancing Returns to Ely at Cambridgeshire Yoga and Vegan Festival

Bollywood Dancing made waves in Ely when an Indian teacher started teaching at Ely’s favourite health club, Atrium, a few years ago. As Bollywood fever ran high, Ely’s first-ever Bollywood Fair was organised to raise money for Mayor of Ely’s charity fund. The classes stopped when the teacher, Kriti Sachdeva, moved away. The good news is that Kriti is back in town and is going to teach Bollywood Dancing at Ely’s first-ever Yoga and Vegan Festival on June 11th at Paradise Centre.

“Bollywood Dancing is a fun way to keep fit for all ages and abilities. The peppy music ensures that you swing, shake, groove and enjoy every minute of it. I am very thankful to the residents of Ely for giving so much love to Bollywood dancing. I have never seen such a response anywhere else. I am glad to be back – even if it is just for a day.”

Cambridgeshire Yoga and Vegan Festival is a not-for-profit event. All proceeds shall go to Mayor of Ely’s charity fund and another charity that works for homeless animals in South Asian countries. The festival boasts of nearly 44 Yoga and meditation classes, 60 stalls, talks, workshops and other interesting activities.
