TRIPLE AWARD WIN FOR CATHEDRAL VIEW CHILDCARE AT SME CAMBRIDGESHIRE BUSINESS AWARDS
Cathedral View Childcare has won three prestigious honours at the 2025 SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards, including two Golds and a Silver.
The Ely-based nursery took Gold for both Business Woman of the Year – recognising the achievements of owner and manager Hayley Pierson and Ely Business of the Year, as well as Silver for Apprentice Employer of the Year.
Founded by Hayley and her husband Steve, Cathedral View has grown steadily thanks to a shared focus on high-quality, nurturing early years education. It currently operates two settings and will open a third in Littleport this September.
“This recognition means so much to the team and me,” said Hayley Pierson. “It reflects the passion, dedication and care we put into our work every day, and our commitment to giving children the best possible start.”
The nursery is well-regarded locally for its family-centred approach, commitment to staff development, and inclusive learning ethos. The Silver award reflects its efforts in supporting and training future early years professionals.
Cathedral View Childcare will now go on to represent Cambridgeshire at the National SME Business Awards later this year.
