From being a new entry last week to Number 1 on this weeks Unsigned Charts presented by Cambridge 105.
Local duet sensation, Charlie & Molly shot to the top spot with their own version of Long Time Gone recording 40% of the votes. Both are said to be delighted to have had so much support from local people.
They were up against stiff competition with respected Cambridge bands like Parkside and Tom and Paris.
Charlie & Molly are keen community members and support organisations such as Lisa Barnes Memorial Fund and Arthur Rank Hospice through sales of their EP with the same name as the number 1 entry.
Voting begins again to try and keep them at the top spot for another week with newcomers to the chart, Keltrix, hot on their heels.
