It’s been a busy week for one of Ely Squadron’s Cadets James Munday.
A week ago James spent the weekend at RAF Henlow as a Corporal on his Junior Non Commissioned Officers Course run by the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire Wing Training Team.
Returning to Ely Squadron Headquarters last Monday, James was promoted to the rank of Sergeant becoming the Squadron’s latest Senior NCO.
This weekend James attended the all England Taekwon-Do Championships where he came second improving on his result in last November’s British Championships where he came third.
Congratulations Sergeant, with your second dan under your black belt, you now just need to obtain your third dan belt to match your third stripe.
