Ely Netball Club celebrated successes as teams 3, 4 and 5 took victories at the weekend in the Cambridgeshire and District Netball League.
Despite the windy weather conditions, each team battled on to win against tough opposition.
Captain Michelle Whyman guided Ely 3 in a tightly contested game, with a final goal seeing them take the win 23-22, against a well drilled BAS side.
Ely 4 faced Burwell 3 with a sensational scoring display by Jen Ings and Laura Shearing, taking the win 29-13.
Ely 5 met top of the league Kings but were not deterred, with an exceptional first quarter to take the lead 10-2, and the continued determination resulted in Ely 5 taking the win 33-27. This now places Ely 5 at the top of the fifth division of Cambridgeshire & District Netball League.
