Cambridgeshire Sighthounds Spring Walk 2026

Shake off the winter cobwebs and join us for our first big walk of the year! Bring your beautiful sighthounds (and their humans!) for a relaxed Sunday morning stroll as we welcome spring together.

 Date: Sunday 22nd March 2026

 Meeting Time: 9:45am

 Location: Ben’s Yard, Stuntney, Ely

 Parking: Free

 Facilities: Toilets available

 Plus: Dog‑friendly café on site!

We’ll be taking a gentle walk of just over a mile, perfect for all hounds—young, old, speedy, and snoozy alike. Please remember to wear weather‑appropriate clothing and suitable footwear, as British springtime likes to keep us guessing!

However, following World Galgo Day on 1st February, we will be collecting optional donations for Project Galgo (projectgalgo.com), a wonderful charity helping to rehome galgos and podencos from Spain here in the UK. Every little bit makes a big difference to these incredible dogs.

Whether you’re a regular walker or brand new to the group, you’ll be made very welcome. It’s a fantastic opportunity to socialise, meet fellow sighthound lovers, and enjoy a beautiful morning out.
