Poise and Performance Sessions
I have some new classes starting up in two new locations – Ely and Sutton!
There is somthing for all, from improving flexibility , mobility or building muscle.
Or bring your little ones along for some baby ballet! Where they will learn basic ballet for their age group, along with some musical theatre and games.
There are also classes for ages 45+ which is a chair based workouts, looking at improving mobility and flexibility.
I’ve tried to make sure there is somthing for everyone and if you can make it, please get in touch!
