Wild Roots
Announcing an Immersive evening of folklore, food and creativity! Join storyteller Marianne Powell, artist Lizzie Ault of Tales from the Fen and chef Mandy Mazliah for a unique evening of sketching – inspired by traditional tales and mythology.
Sit back and let Marianne’s stories spark your creativity. Lizzie will be on hand with prompts and tips to help you sketch, doodle and draw whatever your imagination comes up with. We’ll provide materials – or bring your own. We’ll aim for you to leave with a piece of art inspired by the evening.
And local plant-based chef Mandy will be on hand with refreshments inspired by local, seasonal recipes.
