Viva is back from the famous Edinburgh Festival Fringe with a five star review and sell out shows.
The cast and crew have had a ball and have enjoyed every second of it. Viva has been performing at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe since 2005 when they first went with a small cast of 15 and the show ‘Fame’. Since then Viva has been unstoppable and has even taken more than one show at a time but still maintaining the high standard now expected of them at the festival.
This year our cast and crew of ‘Made in Dagenham’ set off to the festival with a whole host of cast members who had never been before and they took the place by storm. Our five star review from the Edinburgh Guide said: “There are a lot of strong performances from the large cast and not a weak link in sight.”
“The Fringe Festival is no easy feat as we are performing to strangers who know nothing of who Viva are. We have to be ready for anything and the cast and crew did a fantastic job and took it all in their stride. Viva feels so lucky to be able to continue to offer the opportunities we do in the local area and we are already excited about our plans for 2017!” Hetti Wood, Project Coordinator at Viva.
It is not over yet for our ‘Made in Dagenham’ cast and crew.
