Platinum Properties, an award winning local Letting Agency, are looking for someone new to join our vibrant and committed team, taking their first steps into the world of work gaining valuable experience whilst completing a relevant Modern Apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will need to be friendly, self-motivated and positive and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with good written language skills.
It is the role of the Receptionist/Administrator is to contribute to the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the office and as a small company, flexibility and a willingness to ‘muck in’ is essential.
You will be required, after receiving training, to answer the telephone and welcome clients and customers into the office, qualifying enquiries, booking appointments, managing staff diaries, maintaining the database and associated records, supporting colleagues and other general office management duties.

Hours: 35 – 37.5 hours per week
(will include Saturdays 10.00am to 1.00pm).
Pay: Negotiable, at apprenticeship level, based upon age and any prior experience.
