Soham Village College is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Inclusion Coordinator to provide support to students facing significant behaviour or health challenges, so they can make excellent progress and improve their future life opportunities. The role will involve the development and implementation of bespoke alternative education provision for students, regular home visits to check on students’ welfare and progress, and administration duties that ensure the college meets the requirements of the local authority. The successful candidate will work closely with our Pastoral Leadership Team and Inclusion Unit and also have opportunities to support our Mental Health & Wellbeing Team.
