School Administrator & Finance Assistant
Full Time, working 0800 – 1600, 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per year
Grade D, pt 8 – £18,611 per annum pro rata (£15,797.68 actual)

Are you an experienced primary school administrator and/or finance assistant?

Do you have experience of working in a busy primary school office, dealing with admissions, using SIMS, undertaking the school Census, front of house receptionist work, communicating with a wide range of people, undertaking basic finance tasks relating to schools? You will need to be flexible, adaptable and have a keen sense of humour.

Have you got great inter-personal skills, excellent numeracy, literacy & ICT skills, a warm personality, the ability to multi-task, use your initiative and work within a team?

Then you may be the person we are looking for to join our school office 5 days a week during term time in our friendly, happy primary school. You will report to the Business Manager.

Training and support will be given to the appointed candidates as necessary, although experience of SIMS and PS Financials would be an advantage.
