Young creators from across the Ely area are getting ready to showcase their talent at the Junior Makers Market, taking place on Sunday 30 November 2025 at Witchford Social Club and Village Hall from 10am to 2pm.
Organised by Ange and Gav Marker, the event aims to give young people aged 10–16 a chance to display and sell their handmade crafts, artwork, upcycled items, tech projects and more in a fun and supportive environment.
“The Junior Makers Market is all about helping young people gain confidence, learn new skills and experience what it’s like to run a small business,” said organisers Ange and Gav. “We would love your support, as we truly believe young people can gain valuable life skills, confidence and financial literacy through experiences such as this.”
Visitors can expect a friendly, family-focused event filled with creativity and community spirit. Entry and parking are free, and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
There are still a few stall spaces available, priced at £5 per stall, which includes a table and two chairs. To keep things fair, the organisers aim to avoid duplicate stall types, so young makers are encouraged to book early and confirm their category.
