The prestigious Interesting Hotels Group is delighted to announce that it has recently acquired the historic Grade II listed Poet’s House located in St Mary Street, Ely located opposite Ely Cathedral and Oliver Cromwell’s House.
Originally consisting of three Grade II listed properties and run as an hotel since 2013, the uniquely stylish Poets House has an interesting past, having once been the home of a distinguished local author. With views overlooking Ely Cathedral, Poets House offers 21 luxurious en-suite bedrooms, a relaxed restaurant and stylish lounge bar, together with meeting rooms. With its recent take-over, Poet’s House will be opening a new chapter in its history as Interesting Hotels Group develop exciting plans for its future.
