Our annual Tractor Run takes place this Sunday 28th April, with a large entry of tractors which will be leaving the museum at intervals from approximately 11.00am onward.
Then making their way via Great Fen Road and Hasse Road to the A142, a short trip on the A142 before turning left to Isleham Mill Street, and Fordham Road, leave Isleham by Hall Barn Road onto Fordham, through Fordham to the roundabout on the A142 to Soham, through Soham to the M&S roundabout, turning right and shortly after left back to Prickwillow arriving at the museum from approximately 14.30 onwards.
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances at the museum we will not be able to run our engines this weekend, but nevertheless still come and have a look at them, and all the other vintage farm and fen drainage tools we have on display, as well as some of Ely’s old firefighting equipment with some of the pumps more than two hundred years old.
Hot & cold drinks and snacks available throughout the day. Normal admission charges apply, large free car park at Prickwillow Engine Museum. Main Street, Prickwillow, Ely.
