Here are a few photos from last night’s recruitment evening at Ely Squadron.
As well as welcoming potential new recruits we also had two ex members of the Squadron come along to see how the Air Cadets have changed in the intervening 50 years since they joined.
Ely’s Mayor Mike Rouse also attended and following the presentation by CI Donoghue, the mayor spoke with the potential recruits and their parents on the benefits of becoming a cadet.
It’s still not too late to join if you missed out on attending our open night you can still come along with your parents or guardians next Monday night at 7:30 pm and ask to speak to the Squadron Warrant Officer.
