Reward offered for information about Haddenham arson

An arsonist is thought to be responsible for recently setting fire to a Haddenham hay stack, causing £25,000 worth of damage.

Over 1000 bales of stray were destroyed in the arson attack at a farm on Sutton Road, Haddenham, at about 8pm on Monday, August 15.

The victim is offering a £1000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the offender.
Police Inspector Dick Turner said: “This arson attack led to the loss of a large amount of straw with a very high value and we are keen to catch those involved.
“Crops and produce are a vital part of farming and we take the destruction of these items very seriously.”
