A dull day didn’t dampen spirits at today’s Little Downham Village Fete.
There were smiles aplenty as people browsed numerous stalls, watched performances by Horizons Academy dancers and displays by gun dogs and raptors. Later in the afternoon there were children and adult races, a tug of war and a show by the Lantern Dance Theatre Company.
Last year’s fete raised £1250 for local charities and organisers are hoping to beat that this year.
