Sutton Conservative Clubs raises £4K

The little village of Sutton has amazed me. Sutton Conservative Club decided in 2013 to support Team Jacum and raise money in memory of our little boy who died in 2012 from Mitochondrial Disease at 16 months old.
Last night we were honoured to be invited to the cheque presentation.
This little club with the BIGGEST of hearts raised £4000! It will be split equally between The Lily Foundation and The Sick Children’s Trust. Thank you to every single person who contributed to that total.
Team Jacum’s total raised to date is £23887. Our village and local community has played a massive part in that. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts x
