Sutton By Elections won by Lib Dems

Cllr Lorna Dupre is duly elected as Cambridgeshire County Council Division Councillor after a by election yesterday.
There was only a 31.4% but Dupre won by over 400 votes to Conservative Mike Bradley.
Voting took place all over the ward during the day and closed at 10pm. The count was conducted in Little Downham and the announcement was made at 1:06am this morning (Friday)
