Ely & District Cycling Club is delighted to announce the return of its Junior Monday Night Training Sessions, now taking place at a brand-new venue: the Tennis Courts at Witchford Village College (CB6 2JA).
Training sessions will run every Monday evening from 6:30–7:30 pm (during term time) and are open to young riders aged 5–16.
The club’s junior programme is designed to support riders of all abilities – from those just starting out to aspiring Cyclocross racers. Sessions focus on building skills, improving confidence, and most importantly, having fun on two wheels.
Programme highlights include:
- First session FREE
- £5 per session thereafter (pay-as-you-go)
- Run by British Cycling qualified, DBS-checked coaches
- Open to all abilities (riders must be able to cycle independently)
“Our junior sessions are a brilliant way for children to get active, learn core cycling skills, and enjoy cycling in a safe and supportive environment,” said Neil Bowman. “We’re excited to welcome both new and returning riders to our new venue in Witchford.”
