Ely Folk Festival is delighted to present an evening of great music with Heidi Talbot & Boo Hewerdine on Monday 18 November at City of Ely Bowls Club.
Heidi Talbot (“Simply vocal heaven” The Sunday Times) effortlessly blends Celtic & Americana influences and has shared the stage and recorded with Mark Knopfler, Graham Coxon (Blur), Idlewild, King Creosote, Tim O’ Brien and Jerry Douglas to name just a few.
Award-winning singer-songwriter Boo Hewerdine is considered one of the UKs finest singer-songwriters. As lead singer of seminal band The Bible, through to his subsequent solo work and long-time collaboration with the incredible Eddi Reader, he has become something of a national treasure (“One of Britain’s best songwriters” Americana UK).
We are thrilled that Heidi & Boo are joining forces for a stellar concert performance in Ely.
