Christmas Willow Weaving Workshop – with Karen Bek
With the festive season just around the corner, come along to Ely Museum and create your own Christmas decorations, learning the traditional skill of willow weaving. Artist Karen Bek will teach you to make a fantastic range of seasonal ornaments and you can enjoy festive refreshments while you create.
This one day workshop will teach you how to make a variety of decorations that will last for many years including a range of stars to hang on your tree or use to create Christmas bunting, a white willow angel and a large willow star.
Suitable for beginners, all materials and equipment will be provided.
