I hear this so often. I get it, it wasn’t for me either… until it was.
And no, chat GPT is not writing this, I am.
Breathwork is something I stumbled across and it completely baffled me how much impact it had, especially when I was so cynical of it. That lead to study and practice, and now facilitating, and I seriously love love love how much it helps people.
If you are someone that holds on to things, something that carries a lot of stress, if you live a life spinning a thousand plates, or if life has thrown a tonne of sh!t at you, breathwork could really help!!
