Introduction to Bungee

60 mins – £12 – 4 credits
Bungee HIIT is a 60 minute session of cardio that doesn’t feel as hardio! You are allocated the correct number of bungee cords for your personalised resistance level to give you the maximum workout while taking it easy on the joints.
Prerequisites: None, suitable for everybody!
What to wear: Comfy, stretchy clothing that won’t restrict your freedom of movement. Close fitting items are ideal, please ensure your torso and thighs are covered as otherwise the harness can rub. Additionally, long hair must be tied back.
This workshop is part of our Introduction to Pole & Aerial series. Whilst complete beginners are welcome to attend all of our beginner and mixed level sessions we understand that you may want to try something new when you are surrounded by others who are also giving it a go for the first time. In these sessions you will be able to try things out on the apparatus in a safe and supportive environment where everyone else is a total beginner too.
Please note all events in our Introduction series are non-refundable and non-transferable so please do check and definitely attend before booking.
