Course Description: Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey within yourself?
Join us for a 5-week Yoga and Meditation course, culminating as our last course of the year before Bianca and Kane embark on an adventure to Asia. This unique program is designed to help you find inner balance, enhance your physical well-being, and prepare your mind and spirit for the awakening to inner freedom.
Week 1: Awakening the Body In the first week, we will focus on energising your body through an introduction to yoga. You’ll learn foundational yoga poses and breathing techniques to increase flexibility and strength while cultivating awareness of your body. Homework of daily meditation sessions will lay the groundwork for a calm and focused mind.
Week 2: Nurturing the Mind during the second week, we will delve deeper into meditation practices. You’ll explore various meditation styles, including mindfulness and loving-kindness meditation, to quiet your mind, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. Yoga sessions will continue to strengthen your body and improve posture.
Week 3: Balancing Emotions in week three, we will explore the connection between yoga, meditation, and emotional balance. You’ll learn how to use these tools to manage stress, anxiety, and cultivate emotional resilience. We will also introduce pranayama (breath control) techniques to harmonize your energy.
Week 4: Strengthening the Spirit, week four will focus on deepening your spiritual connection. Engaging in self-reflection exercises, mindfulness meditation and deep relaxation techniques, we will learn to fully embrace the present moment, letting go of worries about the future and regrets from the past. You’ll leave with a heightened sense of purpose and inner peace.
Week 5: Celebration of Love and Mindfulness with Krishna
In our final week, we will celebrate the culmination of our journey with a special focus on love, mindfulness, and the wisdom of Krishna, a revered figure in yoga philosophy. This week is designed to deepen your connection to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.
We will also hold a closing ceremony to celebrate your growth and achievements of integrating all the knowledge and experiences gained throughout the course.
