Enjoy a gentle yoga flow as we welcome in winter and then snuggle down for a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
Warm up and ignite the senses with a delicious cup of herbal/fruit tea and a slice of cake, as we take some time to reflect on the beauty of winter’s stillness, during a beautiful quiet journaling moment.
We will explore a firey candle gazing medItation that symbolise the return of our sun and longer days ahead.
A soul NOURISHING workshop to find peace and intentional rest. Take this time to realign yourself to your natural slower rhythms… your internal winter.
