Sound Bath at FRESH

Hi my name is Laura and I am a Music Therapist and Sound Healer and I have been practicing healing through the powerful energies of music for a number of years.
I have a Masters in music therapy, diplomas in Sound Healing, meditation teaching and am a professional musician. Through the use of the healing frequencies of singing bowls, dragon energy tubes and percussion instruments I hold Sound Baths for individuals and groups. These sessions are warm and cosy sensory experiences. Whilst you lie in a meditative state feel the vibrations wash over you from the crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and water sounds created on percussive instruments.
