Six – Week Course: Exploring Raja Yoga & Philosophy
I’m excited to invite you to our final offering before the summer break—a six week course that delves deep into the timeless teachings and practices of Raja Yoga.
Each week, we’ll explore a different aspect of Raja Yoga:
Week 1: Foundations of Raja Yoga
An introduction to the eight limbs of yoga and the core philosophy behind Raja Yoga
Week 2: The Power of Breath
Techniques and practices to calm the mind and steady the body
Week 3: Meditation and Inner Stillness
Building a personal meditation practice for insight and peace
Week 4: The Mind and Its Patterns
Understanding how the mind works and how to work with it skillfully
Week 5: Integrating Raja Yoga into Daily Life
Practical tools and reflections to bring these teachings into the everyday
Week 6: Living the Philosophy
Drawing together the wisdom of the course to create a supportive and sustainable practice
A special session to bring the term to a close and celebrate our journey together
This isn’t just about practice—it’s a chance for us to come together, share reflections, and nurture the supportive community we’ve built.
Please note: Booking is required this term. If we have the numbers, this will be a booked-only course with no drop-ins unless agreed beforehand.
