Ely MILKS is a local breastfeeding support group, offering much needed help to local mums and babies. They meet weekly on Thursday afternoons and there is no charge to the mums accessing the group. Further details can be found on their website, www.elymilks.co.uk.
On Thursday June 23rd from 12.30-2.30pm they will be hosting a picnic to celebrate National Breastfeeding Week. They will meet on the Cathedral Green in Ely and all are welcome to join them. Bring a picnic blanket and some food and come along. You do not have to be breastfeeding to attend. They will have a selection of cakes available for a small donation to the group (which is entirely self-funding) and there will be an entertainer present (www.sammymagicmagic.co.uk) to keep everyone amused!
