The latest Ely Runners 10-week Beginners’ course has just ended, with the participants completing a 5K run. Everyone did brilliantly!
This is a popular course, which fills up quickly and is made possible by a group of coaches and club volunteers, who all give up their free time.
Many of the graduates from this course will be at Littleport Parkrun on Saturday the 24th November!
