On the second week running Ely didn’t concede a try. The Tigers crossed the line eight times. Matt McCarthy scored four with winger Paul Dewey slightly behind him with a brace. Thomas Jackson also scored in his return to the first XV from injury. Ever-present Jim Storey also crossed from the back of a dominant rolling maul.
This bonus point win sees Ely draw level with third place Wymondham on points.
