Local Ely Quiz Master Ian McKendrick has put out an appeal for help from the community to continue his entertaining online quizzes after his aging MacBook died during last nights quiz.
During lockdown Ian has been hosting quizzes most evenings, even running a family friendly Foodbank fundraising quiz on Sunday afternoons.
Community Star Ian said last night, “It’s with huge regret that after my MacBook died during last nights quiz I am no longer able to host our quizzes until I can find a replacement.
In the meantime, if you would like to make a contribution towards my Go Fund Me campaign towards a replacement, or share this post on your timelines to help me spread the word and get back to running quizzes again ASAP.
