Little Thetford Village Feast: Fun for all the Family!

Little Thetford village is gearing up for its annual village Feast which will take place on Saturday 8th July from 12-4pm at the Village Hall and Recreation Ground.
Local Hero Bert Russell and Lucy Frazer MP will be opening the event at 12pm.
Lots of activities will be on offer for all ages including a rodeo bull, fair rides, traditional games including tug of war, a Bouncy Castle and much more. A BBQ and fully licensed bar will be open and Little Thetford WI will be providing tea and cake.
The Feast has been running since the mid 1950’s and was originally set up by the late Lesley Hall to raise money to build the Village Hall which was successful. The Feast has continued since then and raises money for village charities.
This year, the Feast is raising money for a Defibrillator for the village. Many villages now have this life saving piece of equipment which will be a huge benefit to the local community and visitors alike.
New to the Feast this year will be various competitions for adults and children including cakes, vegetables, drawings and floral displays.
Come along for a fun afternoon for all the family!
