Littleport parkrun is for Everyone!

Have you heard of parkrun? Did you know you have a local parkrun right on your doorstep at Littleport Leisure Centre? Be there just before 0900 hours on Saturday mornings.

The parkrun community, and of course Littleport parkrun, is commited to welcoming and supporting people with a learning disability, and people who are autistic to take part, and either run, walk or volunteer. Some of the course at Littleport is on rough grass and trail, so sadly, it is not wheelchair accessible, but people who use a wheelchair might enjoy volunteering.

Do you have a learning disability and/ or autism, or do you know someone with a learning disability and/ or autism who might really enjoy parkrun? Do get in touch: we will do what we can to make things understandable and accesible.

For general information about Littleport parkrun, contact one of the Event Directors, James Lee at littleportoffice@parkrun.com.

To discuss accessibility for people with a learning disability and/ or autism, contact Justin Smith at justinleesmith@virginmedia.com

Come and see us one Saturday morning. You will love it!
